This week we sit down with the luscious Lucia Hawley (a.k.a. @essentialomnivo), nutritional therapist to the stars! (Or at least the stars of this here podcast.) Jenn and Kate have both learned so much from Lucia about how to approach food in an empowering, positive, healthy way, and they’re super jazzed to introduce her to you and share a little (delicious) taste of her wisdom with the world. We talk organic farms (where you can learn a little about veggies and a lot about people), lingual neural tests (whoa), circus peanuts (do they still make those?) and where we all fall on the woo-woo scale (spoiler alert: Kate’s a 12 out of 10).
